With Lee assisting a mental health assessment, Rick provided a mid-morning presence around the college before going on to visit all of the Parkside beat (9.12 miles).

Heading into Rush Green's Fels Farm Mews (10.35am) via the back lake, Eastbrook Drive, Great Cullings (p) and all Parish Fields were patrolled, followed by Harveys Lane (11.21am).

The Dagenham Road flats (11.31am, p) and the Co-op were visited, along with full coverage of the west side of RM7, including Philip Close (11.39am) and Legon Avenue (11.51am, p).

Parkside's Hooks Hall Drive (12.26pm) and Birch Gardens were checked before meeting up with Lee to patrol the final 3 miles, including Fir Tree Walk (12.40pm), Bell Farm Avenue, Eastbrook Close, Luke Allsopp Square (1.09pm, p) and Greenwood Avenue.

Felhurst Crescent and Delvers Mead (1.31pm) concluded the outing.
