Hayes Methodist Church Service and Police Patrols

As part of #MetEngage, officers visited Hayes Methodist Church to connect with the community, share updates on local policing, and listen to residents’ concerns. We were grateful for the warm welcome and the uplifting service led by Minister Ken Kingston. Following the visit, officers carried out patrols across the ward to provide reassurance and deter anti-social behaviour. Later in the shift, we responded to a report regarding a beggar in the area causing alarm and distress. We ensured the appropriate actions were taken. If you witnessed a beggar within Hayes Town causing alarm and distress, please report it to us using 101, the Met Police Website or in an emergency, please call 999.
