Inconsiderate parking / Pedestrian obstuction

Recently I was alerted to a vehicles that were parked entirely on a pavement on Bay Tree Avenue Sketty, which were 

causing problems to pedestrians, people with disabilities and parents with pushchairs/ prams.

I have issued a warning notification to the registered owner, in the first instance.

Should the vehicle return, a fixed penalty notice will be given.

The vehicles have now moved.

Should anyone see the vehicles have returned, please ring 101 so we can attend.
