Dear Residents, PCSO Gilkes here this is a quick round up from me and the rest of the Hillfield’s neighbourhood policing team. What`s been happening: We have conducted high visible patrols around your neighbourhood, aiming at the hot spots for anti-social behaviour. We have also conducted joint visits to the areas that are experiencing ongoing issues. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: Your local Neighbourhood team have been out and about engaging in the community. This week officers have been out and about conducting a joint visit in the anti-social behaviour hot spots. We did a foot patrol in the area to discuss a problem-solving plan. We have been out issuing CPNs to those that have been causing issues in your local neighbourhood. If CPNs are breached then the offender can be arrested for it. ARRESTS: This week your local officers made some great arrests this set. Altogether there were 4 arrests made regarding known offenders causing issues within the local neighbourhood this week. OTHER HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEK: This week we have had 10 stop and searches in your local neighbourhood. These are a great way to disrupt anti-social behaviour in your area. We have a PACT meeting on 10th November at Thomas King House Wellington St, Coventry CV1 5SN, starts at 16:00 and will finish around 17:00. We hope to see many of you there. This is a great way to meet your neighbourhood policing team and raise any concerns/issues and hear about the good work the team have been doing.
