Traffic Operation

On Wednesday, officers carried out a proactive traffic operation within the Great Lever area, focusing on Lever Street, Bridgeman Street, and Higher Swan Lane. During the operation, over 40 vehicles were stopped, with several drivers issued with Traffic Offence Reports, Vehicle Defect Rectification Notices, and Section 59 warnings.

This successful operation forms part of our ongoing commitment to reducing vehicle-related offences and improving road safety across Great Lever. Our officers will continue to carry out regular patrols and enforcement activity to help keep our roads safe for everyone.
