Community Engagement

Over the last 10 days partners have worked together to conduct activities in and around the area of Gillett Square. 

Activities and events include the following: 

Rail Revenue Enforcement at Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction stations which involved the MPS SNT officers, Enforcement Officers Enzo Mukonkole and Alfie Wells-Martin, BTP and TFL Revenue officers. 

Enforcement Officers from LBH joined the MPS SNT to conduct a number of joint patrols over this period to address Anti Social Behaviour in this area. 

Mobile phone theft awareness and mobile phone marking was carried out by the Community Gangs Gangs Team and MPS SNT officers at Dalston Kingsland Station. At this event in excess of 25 mobile phone kits were used and approximately 75 members of the public were engaged with. 

Further activities are planned which include outreach in the area to offer advice around alcohol and drug abuse along with additional joint patrols and more rail revenue enforcement days.
