Have you witnessed a collision recently?

We are investigating a collision which has been reported to us. It happened between 1700hrs on 09.10.25 and 1100hrs on 10.10.2025 outside IMPERIAL MANSIONS, ROYAL PDE, HARROGATE.

The collision was witnessed by an unknown witness who left a note for the owner of one of the cars involved. Unfortunately, they have left out their contact number and we are unable to contact them for a statement.
