Middle Park and Horn Park SNT responded to a report of a male who had been seen filming girls in the street. The investigation involved Section 4A public order act where a male has followed two young girls with an E-bike and was filming their rears with his mobile phone, this led to another female becoming so distressed that she ran across the road to warn the young girls, the male has then sped off, jumping the lights.
They conducted an arrest enquiry in DARENTH, KENT, After linking this incident to a previous investigation that had almost identical details. The male was arrested while he was riding to his house on an illegal E-bike. The team also seized his E-bike the method of transport which will limit his ability to commit these offenses which have occurred in Bexleyheath Broadway and Eltham High Street.
The male has been bailed with conditions; not to enter the borough of GREENWICH, not to be in possession of a phone not in his name and not to have any recording devices on his person in public.
