Man charged with theft of pedal cycles

I wanted to highlight some excellent work carried out by local Beat Officers this week in response to a series of pedal cycle thefts.

Following a report of a pushbike stolen from a driveway, officers swiftly reviewed CCTV footage and identified a suspect. They attended an address where they recovered seven stolen bikes and arrested a male for theft and handling stolen goods. He has since been charged and is scheduled to appear in court this November.
