Male arrested for theft offences

Beat officers attended an address in Ashford, and have located 5 stolen bicycles at the address. After some persistent work, officers have managed to identify CCTV sources, identify the suspect, and arrest the male responsible. 

This male has since been charged with theft offences and the stolen property is in the process of being returned to the rightful owners.
