Suspicious circumstances, Penzance

Police would like you to be aware of the following suspicious circumstances in your local area of Penzance.

On Wednesday the 1st of October at approximately 14:30 hours, an incident of exposure occurred on the overbridge near Station House carpark and the junction of Newtown Lane in Penzance. A similar incident was reported in August of this year whereby a male exposed himself to a member of the public.

The suspect is described as a White Male of stocky build, around 5'8" in height, aged in his Mid 40's to early 50's with short dark hair.

He may possibly be linked to a dark coloured Vauxhall or VW car.
