Parcel Theft Awareness and Crime Prevention Advice

On 22/10/2025, a report was made to police regarding the theft of a parcel on Lyndon Way, Rogerstone. The incident occurred on 09/10/2025.

As we approach the busy Christmas period, the volume of parcel deliveries is expected to increase significantly. Unfortunately, this also presents greater opportunities for both opportunistic thieves and organised crime groups to target parcels left unattended outside properties.

To help prevent such incidents, we kindly ask that you consider the following:

Designate a secure, out-of-sight location for parcel deliveries.

Use delivery instructions to request that parcels be left with a trusted neighbour if you're not home.

Consider using parcel lockers or collection points where available.
