OP RESOLVE - Looking after you this Bonfire Night

Bonfire night! 🔥🔥🔥

🌭That night of the year where we all gather round in the cold to chuck effigies of a man who tried to blow up parliament onto burning wood while (if we’re lucky) tucking into a nice bit of street food.  

🎆 Where we crane our necks upwards as colourful explosives are detonated above us, much to the distress of the local wildlife and pets.

As you might imagine, there’s some opportunities for antisocial behaviour over the evening, and we’re ready for it.

👮For anyone who’s out on the 5 November (or the surrounding weekends), our Op Resolve officers will be around as well, alongside the Safer Neighbourhood Teams and other resources. 

Op Resolve tackles antisocial behaviour and serious violence hotspots across the county with targeted patrols when it happens, where it happens. 

If you see something going on, please do find an officer and let us know, or make a report through the usual channels. 

We want it to be a safe and fun night for everyone involved.
