APPEAL | Outraging public decency, Exeter

We are appealing for the public’s assistance to identify this person in relation to a report of outraging public decency in Exeter.

The incident took place at the Guildhall Shopping Centre around 6.20am on Sunday 5 October.

Investigating officers believe the person pictured may be able to assist with enquiries.
