Darker Nights The nights are getting darker again and it’s a time of year when we typically see a rise in burglaries. Lock your windows and doors, even if you’re only stepping out for a short time. Use light timers to give the impression someone is home, especially if you’re out during the evening. Keep car keys away from doors and windows, particularly if you have a keyless entry vehicle. If you spot suspicious activity or a burglary is in progress, call 999 immediately.
