Foot patrol (20/10/2025)

Things were wet 'n' mild for Rick and Lee this afternoon, with patrols of Rush Green alongside after-school robbery coverage of Central Park (6.69 miles).

Winding around 2.28-miles of the ward's saturated open spaces, a ward priority, including the Eastbrookend Country Park and Footpath18 (1.41pm, p), the east side of Dagenham Road, from Lincoln Avenue (2.11pm, p) to Gorseway (2.33pm), was covered in full.

From there the team spent time in Central Park (p), talking to school students waiting for buses in Wood Lane before heading back through the park towards Woodshire Road and Central Park Avenue.

Eastbrook School and Felhurst Crescent were also passed late on.
