Coordinator meeting to 'network', exchange ideas, meet Police etc

Message to all Rushmoor Coordinators (205 in list)

Hello All

Sorry for the delay.  It has taken a bit of organising the date for our Coordinators get together.  It has been difficult getting a room at the Rushmoor Council offices.  It is now booked for Thursday 18th November in the Council Chamber (not ideal I know) at 7.30pm to 9pm.  I had about 20 people that were interested in coming and we will need about that number to make it worth holding.

The idea of the session is to give you coordinators a chance to talk to each other and ask questions and so I would not expect to make it into a long Power point presentation.

Please confirm if you can come.

The plan is, after an introduction and brief talk about Neighbourhood Watch it would be really useful to be able to hear from you and gather thoughts and ideas to improve our schemes.  It would be good if one or two of you would be happy to say a few words about how you run your scheme.

It will be helpful to know:

We hope we will have a Police representation at the meeting.  In order to be able to answer questions effectively please let me know what they are in advance to allow some time to research if need be.
