FORDBRIDGE NEWSLETTER
Good evening, Fordbridge residents.
I hope you are all doing well and are staying safe in the Halloween season.
It has been a busy set for our officers in regards to tackling moped and off-road bike crime as we have seized two motorbikes and one moped that we have come across on our patrols that we are continuing to do to keep you all safe and reassured.
Our officers found two motorbikes, one of which was reported stolen. Once officers found these bikes, they were recovered by our recovery colleagues and taken off the street. This is a fantastic result based on intelligence we receive.
Additionally, we were also in McDonald’s this week on Bosworth Drive to link in with all of our residents to give away goodies to keep your homes, vehicles, and yourselves safe. Please do come along to our community events when they are announced as they are extremely beneficial for yourselves as we can offer anything from crime prevention advice to advise on how to tackle anti-social behaviour.
This week, our officers have been very busy with 4 arrests in addition to 3 people being arrested in Kingshurst for an Affray after a fight occurred in Kingshurst.
CRIME UPDATES:
-Theft from a motor vehicle - Arderne Drive -Criminal damage to a vehicle - Auckland Drive -Residential burglary of an unconnected building - Celandine Close -Other criminal damage (under £5,000) - Grandys Croft
