Update from the Springfield neighbourhood policing team

Dear Resident,

Here’s a quick round up from me and the rest of the Springfield neighbourhood policing team.

What’s been happening ❓

Crime Prevention. We held a successful crime prevention surgery this Wednesday at St John's Church in Sparkhill. With the darker nights now upon us, it was a great opportunity to provide residents with advice on how to protect their homes, vehicles, and belongings from opportunistic thieves.

Arrest Attempts. This week, officers have been focusing on proactive arrest attempts for individuals wanted in connection with local offences. This work is vital for tackling crime and keeping our streets safe.

Community Patrols. We have continued our high-visibility patrols around key areas in Springfield, engaging with residents and providing a visible deterrent to anti-social behaviour.

📆 Future events 📆

We have now booked a series of 'Cuppa with a Copper' sessions where you can come along for a chat with your local officers. All events will be held at St Johns Church, St Johns Road between 11:00am - 1:00pm on the following dates:
