Youth Arrested After Causing Anti-Social Behaviour in Hyde Town Centre

Good evening Hyde Godley,

Earlier today (16/10/25) a youth was arrested in Hyde town centre.

After a call from a member of the public reporting anti social behaviour, Hyde neighbourhood officers attended and after a foot pursuit, two youths were apprehended. One was initially arrested for causing criminal damage.

Enquiries are continuing, parents have now been informed and referrals will be made to social services.
