Volunteers Needed – Penzance Community Action Day (Fri 24th Oct)

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well.

Neighbourhood Watch has been invited to have a stand at the Penzance Community Action Day on Friday 24th October, hosted by our local MP at Humphry Davy School. It’s a brilliant opportunity to meet local residents, promote what we do, and encourage new people to join.

I’m looking for one or two friendly volunteers who can help out on the stand - ideally people who feel comfortable chatting about Neighbourhood Watch with a bit of enthusiasm and passion!

It doesn’t need to be a full-day commitment; I’m very happy to have a couple of people covering a few hours each. I’ll need someone who can hold the fort for a short while when I pop over to the first coordinator meeting for the new St Erth schemes, and then I’ll return to finish off the day.
