Incident Summary – 16th October 2025

Whilst on mobile patrol in the area of Biddenden, I became aware of a vehicle linked to previous nuisance behaviour in Rother Drive, Tenterden. Intelligence also suggested the vehicle may have been driven by a male with no valid driving licence.

The vehicle was later sighted in the Biddenden area. Upon noticing the marked police vehicle, the driver attempted to evade police. After a short pursuit, the vehicle was followed by PC Laker. The driver eventually stopped near High Halden.

The male driver was arrested for the following offences:

The male was charged in relation to the driving offences and will be attending court in connection with the outstanding warrant.
