I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Highways obstructions, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. Police have received communication from Yealmpstone Farm Primary School, Meadowfield Place, Plympton, Plymouth, PL7 1XQ reporting concerns raised for the welfare of children due to inconsiderate parking during the period of school drop off and pick up times. Vehicles have been seen parking on double yellow lines, zig zags and known to be blocking the driveways of neighbouring addresses. Please can I ask that we be more considerate of our children and the impact that this has within our community. We shall be monitoring the situation and will be liaising with partner agencies requesting parking enforcement.
