Man charged following theft

A man has been charged after officers on #problemsolvingpolicing patrols responded to a report of theft at a shop in Stoke-on-Trent. 

Daniel Lovatt Foster, 36, of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of theft from a shop. 

It comes after almost £150-worth of goods were taken from a shop on Campbell Place, Stoke, on Wednesday 8 October. 

Lovatt has been released on bail with conditions ahead of a hearing at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Tuesday 4 November.
