Weekly round-up from your local Neighbourhood Team

Dear Resident,

Here’s a quick round up from myself and the rest of the Moseley and Kings Heath neighbourhood policing team.

✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅

Community patrols – Joint Streetwatch patrols around our community-identified hot spot areas between Kings Heath and Moseley ensuring a visible presence and offering reassurance to our residents which included Cannon Hill Park, Belle Walk, Kings Heath High Street and Moseley Village.

Crime prevention surgeries – We arrange regular drop in services for our local residents and victims of crime offering help and support to help protect your homes, reducing burglaries and vehicle crime.

Community safety – Officers worked with community safety officers in the area supporting our most vulnerable residents, this included signposting rough sleepers to relevant support services and enforcing regulations such as our PSPO (public space protection order)

Outcomes – We have arrested and charged a prolific shop lifting offender who has been charged with 12 offences of theft from shop and remanded to appear at court.

Crime Prevention Drop-in: PCSOs will be at Kings Heath Community Centre on Wednesday 22nd October between 11am – 1pm

Community Drop-in: PCSOs will be at Coffee #1 in Moseley on Tuesday 11th November between 11am – 1pm
