Knife Angel - Art Competition for Young People

Dear Resident, 

As you may know, the Knife Angel is a striking monument aimed at raising awareness of the destructive effects of Knife Crime. It's staying in Hertfordshire over the course of October - after arriving in Welwyn Garden City earlier this month. As part of a wider programme of engagement activity, I'm holding an art competition for young people aged under 25. I'd encourage you to get any young people you may know to take part - entries can be made individually or in groups, and many forms of art are submissible.
