Hello Tessy and Tom,

I hope you'll bear with me, but I've significantly reduced the size of your scheme.

I suggest you get to know your neighbours, letting them know that you've started a neighbourhood watch scheme.

If after you've done that, and you want to extend your scheme, then please get back to me, and I'll happily extend the boundairies of your scheme.

Please get in touch with PCSO 23038 Scott Woodward, who is very active in promoting Neighbourhood Watch schemes in your area.

(I'll let him know you've started a new scheme.)
