Seized vehicle

Due to recent reports from residents in relation to Drug dealing at the back of St Helens Road we have increased patrols in the area. We observed the below vehicle parked in an area where drug dealing has been reported. The vehicle had been seen parked up, and then had been moved the next day. Due to the vehicle having no Insurance, it was seized under Section 165 of the road traffic act. Please continue to pass the details of any suspicious vehicles in your area
