Operation Trailblaze Patrols

Whitby Neighbourhood Policing Team is assisting with Operation Trailblaze patrols today. These patrols aim to tackle and deter the anti-social and illegal use of vehicles off-road in rural areas of North Yorkshire: like many residents and partner agencies who live or work in our rural communities, we are aware of the damage and disruption this can cause to forestry, land, wildlife and natural habitats, as well as the dangers it can pose to other users of rural networks in our countryside.
