Anti-Theft Number Plate Screws Operation

Good Evening Residents of Uxbridge, 

Today, 11th October, officers from Hillingdon East and Uxbridge Neighbourhood Policing Teams joined forces at Oakwood School to help residents protect their vehicles from crime.

As part of our number plate theft prevention initiative, officers fitted tamper-proof screws to over 100 vehicles, helping to make it harder for criminals to use stolen number plates in offences such as fuel thefts or traffic violations.
