Over night burglary

Date and time: Between 08:00pm on 10th October and 9:30am on 11th October
Details: Offender(s) have gained entry through a window at the side of the property where they removed the glass. The suspects have then searched the house and stolen multiple items included cash before leaving through the front door.

Where possible please make sure house alarms are set when the property is vacant or when you go to bed and decent motion activated lighting and CCTV cameras are set up at the front and rear of your property. Installing anti-snap locks at the front and rear of your house will also reduce the chance of your house being targeted. 

A steering wheel lock is a great deterrent against this kind of crime. Car alarms, immobilisers and trackers are also worth investing in. Good quality CCTV equipment covering your driveway is also a deterrent and can give officers valuable footage to assist with apprehending thieves.
