Stop of vehicle following Community Intelligence

Acting on intelligence, officers stopped a vehicle in the Darley Dale area on Monday 6th October.

The driver of the vehicle failed a roadside drugs test and following a search of which included the vehicle the driver was further arrested on suspicion of being in possession an imitation firearm in a public place, possession of offensive weapon and possession of drugs.
