Local Priorities ASB

Good afternoon, 

Anti Social Behaviour continues to be an issue in and around Blackburn Town Centre. We regularly receive reports of ASB in areas such as the Bus Station and Mall area with people congregating in large groups. 

Please ensure that Anti Social Behaviour is reported to us immediately via 101 or 999 in an emergency so we can appropriately deal as quickly as possible. This goes for shops and businesses in this area.  

You will see neighbourhood officers in and around Blackburn Town Centre patrolling on foot every day so please do say hello if you see us. We also have Op Centurion Officers out who provide additional foot patrols in areas identified as ASB hotspots. Op Centurion is Lancashire Constabulary's county wide response to Anti Social Behaviour, supported by the PCC.
