Community Engagement Event - Dotty and Friends Group, Thursday 9th October

Glossop SNT - Community Engagement 

PCSO Buller from Glossop SNT called into visit the Dotty & Friends Group at the Norfolk Arms, Norfolk St, Glossop, this morning, Thursday 9th October.

The friendly group meet every Thursday at the Norfolk Arms from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm - to socilalise over a coffee or tea with biscuits, then games. with bingo on today. There are subs to pay £3 per session.

The team engaged with members of the group during the visit and we took the opportunity to complete some Derbyshire Talking Surveys with the attendees.

We asked varied questions on the survey about the area (see below) and encouraged members to register on Derbyshire Alert our free messaging service,

▪️ How confideht are you that the Police would be there if you nedded them ( scores 1 to 5 - with low not at all an 5 completely confident).

▪️Do you Require any crime prvention advice or support?

▪️ Do you have CCTV or a Ring boor bell?

▪️ Is there anyone else living near you that you think would benefit from crime prevention advice or support?
