Thank you for volunteering to start a Neighbourhood Watch Group for Carson Road

From Philip Virgo as Development Lead for Neighbourhood Watch in Lambeth, also chair West Dulwich SNP.

The standard process for authorising a new Neighbourhood Watch Group is for a Multi-scheme Administrator to meet with the co-ordinator, check they are known to and agreeable to their neighbours and similarly check their acceptability to the local police team. I cannot member whether we have met but note that you have been on the Safer Neighbourhood Panel circulation list since taking over from Tim Dowley.  

I am therefore going to skip the checks and simply ask whether you are able to attend the next West Dulwich SNP meeting on 21st October in the Chatsworth Way Baptist Church so that I can put a face to the name and ensure that you know the local police team (currently Anna W, Carl and our new PCSO Jimmy) and they know you. 

I will be informing the West Dulwich police team and Susan Hirt as SNP Secretary that you are now co-ordinator for Carson Road. 

I have just added two members to the Carson Road road group, Dominic Minghella and Anne-Marie Jackman and suggest you might like to invite Jodie Lomax and Tim Dowley to also join. 

I understand you recently had a bike hanger on Carson Road broken open. Was this reported to the police? Has anyone any doorbell footage?
