Appeal after handbag stolen

We are appealing for information after a handbag was stolen in Stoke-on-Trent. 

Between 12.30pm and 1pm on Tuesday 30 September, the victim, a woman in her 80s, was in Card Factory on Lamb Street in Hanley. 

She was approached by a woman who asked her to read a birthday card and when the woman left, she noticed her handbag was missing from the back of her stroller. 

The woman was wearing a black coat and a hat.
