Clock House Ward Panel Meeting

Good Morning Resident

Residents, police and councillors attended the quarterly ward panel meeting on Monday. The meeting is a chance for the community to meet the local police team and councillors to discuss what is happening on the ward and get updates. It is also the chance for any priorities to be set for the local team to try and focus on particular issues.

The focus points for the next quarter the police will be working on based on local issues are: 

Speeding – This will be completed by arranging operations to detect speeding vehicles across the ward. We have some of these planned which will be occurring over the coming weeks.

Off Road Riding – We are aiming to achieve this by paying attention to those who are riding Mopeds/bikes off road such as down alleys and public spaces. 

Crime Prevention – conduct environmental audits and provide crime prevention advice regarding burglaries and vehicle crime reduction.
