Good Afternoon Resident
FORDBRIDGE NEWSLETTER, 07/10/25
Its been a busy week this week, lots of HiVis foot patrol in the Fordbridge area as well as school patrols, if you see us around feel free to stop for a chat or advice if you need any.
Pcso’s on the team have visited the connection church on Cooks lane twice this week, engaging with mother’s, grandmothers and children at the toddler group on Thursday and chatting with local residents and staff at the community café on Saturday We came across the Highland Spring water promo van on Asda Car park who were promoting their new flavoured water, staff on the van were great to chat to.
Pcso Carr and Foley popped into Asda on Bosworth drive to give the staff some support with their Tickled Pink cancer support day, we were “volunteered” for a challenge on their exercise bikes, 10 minutes and a request for oxygen later and we completed our challenge, we were later informed that over £1000 was raised on the day which is fantastic, a massive thank you to everyone who took part supporting this very worthy cause.
