Plain Clothes Patrol Success in Acton

 Officers from the Safer Neighbourhood Team conducted plain clothes patrols in Acton, focusing on the Heathfield and Acton Hill areas (W3). If you happened to spot three suspicious-looking individuals during that time—rest assured, they were undercover police officers working to keep the community safe.

During the patrol, officers successfully cleared Heathfield and detained a male under Section 1 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act for possession of suspected stolen items.

In a separate incident, another male was arrested for breaching his Community Behaviour Order, which prohibits him from entering Acton. He was also wanted by the courts for failing to appear. Given the circumstances, he was remanded in custody—no bail, just jail.
