RECENT ENAGEMENT FROM GREAT BARR AND NEWTON NEIGHBOURHOOD TEAM:

On 26th September 2025 Hatley Heath Designated Neighbourhood Officer attended 4 Community Trust Hub to raise awareness of stranger danger to children 4-6 years of age.

On 2nd October 2025 Newton Designated Neighbourhood Officer has been responding to local issues by making an arrest to deter persistent anti-social behaviour and public nuisance.

On 3rd October 2025 officers and PCSOs have attended the Yew Tree and Tamebridge Community Centre engaging with local community members discussing about speeding cars and motorbikes.

On 5th October 2025 officers have been conducting foot patrols and engaging with local members in Charlemont and Yew Tree attempting to tackle drug dealing and off-road bikes.

On 6th October 2025 Charlemont Designated Neighbourhood Officer has been engaging in a tenants and residents association meeting regarding local issues.
