Vulnerable Person

Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood Officers searched the area for a Vulnerable Person who was not at their home address and needed to go to hospital.

Vulnerable Person was found, taken home by Officers and then on to hospital by ambulance where they will receive the care they require.

On returning to base Officers were alerted to a member of the public who had taken a fall on The Kings Road and had a nasty injury to the head. Thank you to members of the public who comforted and helped the casualty before we got there.

After a wait for the ambulance the casualty was safely taken to hospital with the next of kin.

With both incidents today it was a great help to have caring members of public help us with our duties.
