Prolific offender arrested

Good Afternoon,

Prolific offender Ian Mitchell was arrested yesterday for theft offences and was later charged with 2 x theft and 1 x Public order offence which occurred at ASDA soho street on 19th September and the ASDA on Marus Bridge Retail park. A criminal behaviour order has been requested due to his serial shoplifting on the retail parks. This will be granted pending court approval and another update will be sent out to verify this.
