Local Priorities Shoplifting Message

I wanted to provide you an update regarding Shoplifting, which members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

Good Afternoon Heston East Residents we have been very busy catching a Prolific Shoplifter in the Local area this Shoplifter tried to steal over £130 of Wine and tried to evade Officers but was caught up with and remanded in custody and is awaiting a sentence due to the amount of Shoplifting he and others have been involved in the local area. If you see any Shopping Lifting let us know due to we understand it is of concern to residents and shops in the local area. If we can help you any other way please let us know or if you want us to arrange a meeting in your area so residents can speak to the local Neighbourhood Officers. Shoplifting is a crime that can have a substantial negative impact on local businesses across London.
