Dear Bloxwich Residents,
As the week comes to a close, we wanted to share a quick update on what your local neighbourhood policing team has been up to. It’s been a busy and productive week for the Bloxwich Neighbourhood Team as we continue working hard to keep our community safe and supported.
Here’s a snapshot of this week’s activity:
🔹Designated Neighbourhood Officer's for Bloxwich East and Bloxwich West attended The Local Hub on the Mossley Estate in Bloxwich West for a Police Surgery Drop in from 11:00-12:30 to speak to local residents. 🔹Bloxwich Officers have arrested 2 individuals this week for Theft from shop and for drink drive. 🔹Patrols have been conducted to target ASB and criminality in the local area. 🔹Bloxwich Officers have continued to build cases to target prolific shoplifters in the local community. 🔹Officers have assisted partner agencies to tackle long term issues within our communities. 🔹Bloxwich Neighbourhood Team have also been involved in an Operation to target Off-Road Bikes with Specialised Off-Road Bike officers from our Traffic Unit and the Drone Unit. Unfortunately, no off-road bikes were recovered, however, we seized an electric scooter and conducted high visibility patrols targeting the hot spot areas for off road bikes.
Our focus remains on reducing crime, supporting victims, and working with partners and the public to make Bloxwich a safer place for everyone.
As always, thank you for your ongoing support. If you see something suspicious or have concerns in your area, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re here to help.
Hope you have a great week!
Kind regards, Bloxwich Neighbourhood Policing Team West Midlands Police |
