Operation Skybridge is coming to Quinton!
Op Skybridge is a team compromising of both plain clothed and uniformed officers, drawing from an extensive skill set, with specialised equipment at their disposal.
The team deploy in areas across Birmingham and support the local Neighbourhood Teams in tackling serious and acquisitive Crime that is impacting the local community. This includes Burglary, Robbery and Vehicle crime. We also develop and progress intelligence relating to Drug crime.
On Sunday 5th October 2025, The Operation Skybridge Team will deploy to Quinton. Working a mixture of shifts, including early mornings and throughout the night, they will provide a presence lasting several weeks, compromising of both reassurance/deterrence patrols, as well as pro-actively seeking out those intent on causing harm to the community.
