E-bike recovered

The Oldham central team responded to reports of an e-bike riding around the town in an anti social manner. The rider was detained and reported for summons for traffic offences and the e-bike was seized under Section165 of the road traffic act. The rider was also issued a community protection warning notice in relation to riding e-bikes in public places.
