Unknown Cars and Meeting of Groups of people late at night

Good Afternoon Heston East Residents after meeting at the Ward Panel Meeting last Wednesday it was discussed the number of Unknown High Powered Cars that seem to be left for a unknown length of time where groups of people are seen hanging around late at night. We would be very interested in any info you may have on Number Plates and locations of these cars and descriptions of those seen around the cars. We are aware of some of these Cars and the Car Number Plates and have updated our records and we are looking at actioning things regarding them. Although you may think someone else has reported these cars we would encourage you to let us know as well so we have a clearer understanding of what they might be involved in and actions to take.
