Police: Uppingham Quarterly Priority Update

This is a quarterly update on the Uppingham Neighbourhood Priorities.

We have consulted the local community, in person and using the Neighbourhood Link ‘Your Views’ Survey. Thank you to those who have engaged. We have also analysed the crime data and statistics for the beat area over the past 3 months.

Using all of this information we have formulated the following priorities for the Uppingham beat for October, November and December 2025: 

The top 3 results on the ‘Your Views’ Survey that you have told us that you want us to focus our time and efforts on are Road Safety, Anti-Social Behaviour and Drugs. Looking at the crime statistics though, we still need to focus our efforts on Burglary, as we have seen a rise in Residential Garage and outbuilding breaks in Sept.  We will review whether this needs to be upgraded to a priority at the net review.

The new Leicestershire Police Confidence Survey is now live and will run until the end of October.
