Appeal for two specific witnesses following an assault causing grievous bodily harm – Reading

We are appealing for two specific witnesses to come forward following an assault causing grievous bodily harm in Reading.

Between the hours of 12am and 4am on Monday 25 August, the victim, a boy in his teens, was walking over a bridge near to the Reading festival site when three men walked towards him. Two of the offenders punched the victim in the face and kicked him when he fell to the floor.

The offenders are described as three white men, at least 6ft 2ins in height, aged in their thirties and of large build.

Two members of the public later found the victim, and looked after him before walking him back to the festival site.
