Statement on behalf of Slough Borough Council and Slough Faiths Standing Together

“We are deeply saddened about the attack on a synagogue in Manchester yesterday (Thursday).

“Our thoughts and condolences are with the families and friends of the victims and with the Jewish community across the UK. 

“Slough is a place of tolerance and diversity, and we will always stand up against racism in all its forms. 

“We hope our community can always unite against hate so everyone can live peaceful lives together.”
